At Vlexironxly, we are committed to customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you may return products and receive a refund. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Products must be unopened and in their original, sealed packaging
  • Products must be in the same condition as received
  • Original proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided
  • Products must not be damaged due to misuse or improper storage

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used products (for health and safety reasons)
  • Products with broken or damaged seals
  • Products returned after the 30-day return window
  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers
  • Free gifts or promotional items

4. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team at response@vlexironxly.world within 30 days of receiving your order
  • Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details
  • Wait for our team to review your request and provide return instructions
  • Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Package the product securely in its original packaging, including the RMA number
  • Ship the product to the address provided in the return instructions

Please do not send products back without first obtaining an RMA number. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

5. Return Shipping

Regarding return shipping costs:

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong product, defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs
  • If the return is for any other reason (change of mind, etc.), you are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns
  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned product:

  • We will notify you via email of the status of your refund
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
  • The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

7. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us immediately at response@vlexironxly.world
  • Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging
  • Do not discard the damaged product or packaging until instructed
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you

8. Wrong Item Received

If you receive an incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving the order
  • We will send you the correct item at no additional cost
  • We will provide a prepaid shipping label for returning the incorrect item

9. Order Cancellations

Regarding order cancellations:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled
  • For shipped orders, you must follow the standard return process

10. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product:

  • Return the original product following our return process
  • Place a new order for the desired product

11. Consumer Rights (New Zealand)

This Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights. Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA), if you are a consumer, our goods come with guarantees that they are of acceptable quality, fit for any particular purpose made known to us, and match their description. If we fail to meet these guarantees, you may be entitled to a remedy (repair, replacement, or refund). The voluntary return period and conditions in this policy are in addition to your CGA rights—for example, if goods are faulty or not as described, you may have rights to a remedy regardless of the 30-day window or unopened packaging.

We comply with the Fair Trading Act 1986 and will not engage in misleading or deceptive conduct. If you believe you have been misled, you may contact us or the Commerce Commission (comcom.govt.nz).
